I have placed my order. How do I know I have placed it correctly?
You will receive a confirmation email with your details. If you find any error send us an email to support@automotiveicons.com as soon as possible so that we can include it in the shipment.
When will I receive my order?
We offer a quite great variety of cars so it is 1 to 15 days for us to prepare the clothes. After the preparation of the clothes, you will recieve your order depending on the delivery process you choose.
If you have chosen free shipping it will take between 24-48h to be delivered (Spain).
If you have chosen express delivery you will receive it in 24 hours (delivery times for Spain)
If you place your order on Friday after 14:00 h or during the weekend it will be processed from the following Monday.
Will I have to pay for the shipping?
If your minimum order value exceeds 50€, shipping costs will be free of charge for Spain and Balearic Islands.
What are the shipping costs if I do not exceed the minimum purchase or if don't live in Spain?
All shipping prices are shown when you have placed your order, after introducing your adress.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How should I make a return?
If you don't like the product, don't worry, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to return it.
We do not offer refunds outside Spain.
Write to us at support@automotiveicons.com and explain the reason for the return, enter the order number (you will find it in the order confirmation email).
Returns must be processed through this link.
We offer free shippings if you don't like the product or if it does not fit you (only for garment changes). Subsequent exchanges of the same order will be at the customer's expense.
Once we receive the order in our facilities, within a maximum period of 7 days, we will make the change of your clothes. If you want a refund, the shipping cost are asumed by the costumer unless the product is faulty.
How can I manage an exchange?
We do not offer refunds outside Spain.
Write to support@automotiveicons.com including the order number and why you want to change it, there are several situations that we detail below:

-If the exchange is for the same amount, we will send you the new chosen garment. You must pack and hand in your initial purchase to the carrier at the moment of the delivery of the new product.
-If the exchange is for a higher amount, you must place the order for the garment or garments chosen and pay for it. You must pack and hand in your initial purchase to the carrier at the moment of the delivery of the new product. Once we receive it we will refund the amount of the same.
-If the exchange is for a lower amount you must place the order for the garment or garments chosen and pay for it. You must pack and hand in your initial purchase to the carrier at the moment of the delivery of the new product. Once we receive it we will refund the amount of the same.
You have 30 calendar days to do so.

Where do you manufacture your products?
Our garments are processed in Roses (Girona, Spain). We bet on quality fabrics and local workshops to help the local economy. That is why every garment has been fully manufactured in Europe.
What patterns do you use? Do all the models have the same size?
We always look for the combination of comfort and aesthetics of the garments, so that you go comfortable and that enhances your figure.
In our shirts we use a regular fitted pattern, it has a middle ground that has been tested for many seasons and looks great.
How should I wash my garments?
All other products should be washed at a temperature of no more than 30º.
We recommend washing our gaments inside out and not ironing the prints on the T-Shirts or the hoodies.
Washing instructions can be found on the inside of each garment.
